If you need a box-spring type foundation or floor frame to complete your
ChiroSleeper sleep system, we can provide for you a low-cost option. As with all
memory foam mattresses available from SelectaBed.com and Relief Mart, Inc, you
do not need a special base or foundation for our mattresses. We only require
that the surface which supports the mattress be free from movement and not have
"gaps" or spaces too wide to provide appropriate support for your high-quality
mattress. If you use a slat-type bed frame, we suggest either using a
low-profile foundation or a simple sheet of plywood to remove the chance of too
much of the mattress pressing through the spaces between the slats. If you would
